These Terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Sarah Clinic through the website,
telephone, email or booking system.
Sarah Clinic provides evidence-based Integrative Health services focused on prevention,
wellbeing and health optimisation.
Our services do not replace emergency medical care or your GP.
Patients must provide accurate medical information before treatment. We may postpone,
modify or decline treatment where clinically appropriate.
A £50 booking deposit is required to secure every consultation or treatment
and will be deducted from the final balance.
We accept:
The remaining balance is payable before treatment unless agreed otherwise.
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in the booking deposit
being retained.
Blood samples are processed by accredited laboratory partners.
Laboratory turnaround times are outside Sarah Clinic’s control and repeat samples may
occasionally be required.
All treatments are subject to an individual clinical assessment.
Sarah Clinic reserves the right to modify or refuse treatment where clinically necessary.
Consultations are non-refundable once completed.
Treatments already administered cannot be refunded except where required by law.
Personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act
2018.
