These Terms & Conditions apply to all consultations, treatments, laboratory services and appointments booked through our website, by telephone, email or our online booking system.
By booking an appointment with Sarah Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility for Treatment
Patients must be aged 18 years or over unless otherwise agreed or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
Sarah Clinic reserves the right to postpone, modify or decline any consultation or treatment if it is considered clinically inappropriate, if sufficient medical information has not been provided, or where patient safety may be compromised.
Medical Information and Clinical Assessment
Sarah Clinic provides evidence-based Integrative Health services focused on prevention, wellbeing and health optimisation.
Our services do not provide medical diagnosis and are not intended to diagnose medical conditions. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, emergency medical care or treatment provided by your GP or another registered medical practitioner.
Patients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date medical information before any consultation or treatment.
Bookings and Payment
A booking deposit of £50 is required to secure every consultation or treatment. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
The remaining balance must be paid before treatment unless otherwise agreed.
We currently accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Stripe, PayPal and Klarna.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments without prior notice, will result in the booking deposit being retained.
Blood Testing
Blood samples are processed by our accredited laboratory partners.
Whilst we work closely with our laboratory providers, laboratory turnaround times are outside Sarah Clinic’s control and, in some circumstances, repeat samples may be required.

IV Therapy and Vitamin Injections
All IV Therapies and Vitamin Injections are subject to an individual clinical assessment before treatment.
Sarah Clinic reserves the right to postpone, modify or refuse treatment whenever this is considered clinically appropriate or necessary for patient safety.
Individual Results
Every individual responds differently to treatment.
Whilst our services are based on evidence-informed practice, Sarah Clinic cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical information, informing Sarah Clinic of any changes to their medical condition or medication, and following all pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided by our clinical team.
Refund Policy
Consultations are non-refundable once completed.
Treatments that have already been administered cannot be refunded except where required by applicable UK law.
Privacy
Sarah Clinic processes personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.
